I’m starting to see the beauty in every day of the week rather than dreading certain days and being excited for others. Why not be excited for all of them? Especially Thursdays, the unofficial start to the weekend!
For me, brewing a delicious Nespresso coffee over ice at home is the perfect way to cool off, refresh and relax on a Summer Thursday afternoon.
I’ve partnered with @NespressoUSA and I’m excited to share the news that their iced coffee capsules (specifically developed to be enjoyed over ice) are now a permanent staple in their vault of numerous coffee options!!
Pair that iced coffee with a comfy couch and a good book? Yes please. There is nothing better! When I heard Nespresso Iced Coffee Capsules were coming back, I was excited to create my own coffee recipe that I can pair with my summer reading.
And here it is. My favorite iced coffee recipe (best enjoyed while cozying up with a book!):
1 cup crushed ice chips
1/4 cup of sugar free Italian Sweet Cream creamer
1 packet of Splenda or Stevia
1 Nespresso Ice Leggero capsule
The best part about this recipe is that you probably have these ingredients in your fridge or pantry and it is simple to make.
