Order Processing
We ship all orders within 3-6 business days of when they’re placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer—we’ll always keep you in the loop if delays occur.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress right to your door.
Where We Ship
At this time, StayFoxx Studios only ships within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping, but hope to expand in the future!
Shipping Times
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by holidays, weather, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping costs is calculated at checkout.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout.
Local Pickup
We currently do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided during checkout.

We proudly offer local delivery for customers in the greater Nashville area.

Free delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of Nashville, Tennessee
If your delivery address qualifies, you’ll see the Local Delivery option appear automatically at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Window: Usually within 1–3 business days

This is a great option if you're local and want to receive your order quickly and directly from us — with care, and without the shipping wait.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.
If you need to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Lost or Damaged Orders
We take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but occasionally things happen. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
