Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

To ensure you're fully confident in your selection, we encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to finalizing your order. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Order Cancellations

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at info@stayfoxxstudios.com.

Delivery Delays or Shipping Issues
If your package seems delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but is missing, please contact us at info@stayfoxxstudios.com. We're happy to reach out to the carrier on your behalf and help track down your shipment.
