Happy Valentine’s Day week!
Love is in the air and so is the smell of chocolate. You may be planning on going to your local grocery store or pharmacy to grab a box of chocolates like everyone else this Valentine’s Day. But why not do something different that your loved one doesn’t expect. Why not make them something decadent from the heart that also is better than any box of chocolates you can snag anywhere.
I made this chocolate tart for a group of people last week and lets just say it was GONE in about 15 min. that’s how good this thing is. I mean, how can you go wrong with a cookie crust and a rich chocolate ganache topped with fresh raspberries and white chocolate drizzle? you can’t which is why I’m sharing this delicious and simple recipe with you guys.

Side Note: If you’re not much of a milk chocolate person you can also substitute the dark/milk chocolate for white chocolate as well which is just as delicious.
