How’s it going my Stay.Foxx friends?
So…not only does NYC have amazing places to see but the food here is out of this world. One place in particular that I really enjoyed was The Butcher’s Daughter. The name might be off-putting but this place has nothing to do with meat. In fact it’s a “Vegetable Slaughterhouse” as they say.
This restaurant is a great place to stop for sustenance after a long days walk around the city. With its old world, rustic, European charm. You’re sure to have an enjoyable dining experience.

Spinach Artichoke Crock: Layers of spinach, artichoke, cashew ricotta & parmesan baked & served with toasted baguette.

Cashew Ricotta & Fig Mostarda: Cashew ricotta cheese, fig spread and toasted baguette.

Spicy Kale Ceasar Salad: Baby kale, avocado, almond parmesan, toasted almonds, crispy shallots & 7 grain croutons. I added grilled “chicken” on top of mine but it’s all plant based but oh so good.
